Blex Shop Seller Agreement (Seller Terms & Conditions)
1. Platform Role and Disclaimer Blex Shop is an online marketplace platform that connects sellers with buyers. Blex Shop does not own, manufacture, store, or sell products on behalf of third-party sellers. The seller bears full responsibility for the products they list and sell. Blex Shop acts as an intermediary platform only. The seller acknowledges that all listed products are legal under Iraqi law and agrees to comply with all applicable regulations.
2. Legal Compliance Selling drugs, weapons, counterfeit or stolen products, pornographic material, or any legally prohibited products is strictly forbidden. Blex Shop reserves the right to remove any suspicious product without prior notice.
3. Seller Responsibilities The seller commits to providing accurate product descriptions, ensuring quality, providing a correct pickup address, preparing orders on time, and cooperating with delivery partners.
4. Orders, Delivery, and Logistics Blex Shop coordinates delivery through external logistics companies. The seller must be ready for pickup according to the scheduled time. The seller is responsible for any delays caused on their end.
5. Cash on Delivery and Returns The customer has the right to inspect the product upon delivery and reject it before payment. Rejected products are returned to the seller. High return rates may lead to account review or suspension.
6. Subscription Fees and Payments The seller agrees to pay the applicable subscription fees. Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Blex Shop reserves the right to introduce a commission system in the future with prior notice.
7. Intellectual Property The seller confirms they own or have obtained the necessary permissions to sell the products and are not violating any intellectual property rights.
8. Seller Conduct and Misuse Fraud, fake orders, manipulation of ratings, or misuse of the platform will result in immediate suspension or termination.
9. Account Suspension and Termination Blex Shop reserves the right to suspend or terminate a seller account in case of violation, illegal activity, or damage to the platform’s reputation without any compensation.
10. Limitation of Liability Blex Shop is not responsible for product defects or disputes. The seller agrees to indemnify Blex Shop against any claims arising from their actions or products.
11. Platform as Seller Blex Shop has the right to list and sell certain products directly on the platform under the name “Blex Shop”. In this case, Blex Shop acts as a seller and is subject to the same marketplace rules, delivery policies, return policies, and obligations that apply to all other sellers. Blex Shop remains an intermediary platform for third-party sellers.
12. Governing Law This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq.
By registering as a seller, you acknowledge your agreement to this agreement.
