This Privacy Policy describes how Blex Shop collects, uses, and protects information when you browse our website, place an order, or register as a vendor. By using Blex Shop, you agree to the practices described here.
We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, phone number, email address, delivery address, and password when you create an account, place an order, or register as a vendor. For vendors, this also includes store details, pickup address, and courier account information. We also automatically collect basic order and browsing activity needed to operate the marketplace (such as items ordered, order status, and cart contents).
We use your information to create and manage your account, process and fulfill orders, coordinate delivery, communicate with you about your orders or account, and improve the marketplace. Vendor information is used to operate seller accounts, process payouts where applicable, and coordinate pickups.
To fulfill your order, we share the necessary delivery details (name, phone, address) with the vendor selling the product and with our delivery partners, including Shopini Express, so the order can be picked up and delivered. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share information when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Blex Shop, our users, or the public.
Your information is stored on secured servers, and passwords are encrypted. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect your data using industry-standard practices.
Blex Shop supports Cash on Delivery and, where enabled, bank/digital payment methods such as FIB. When you pay through a bank or digital payment provider, your payment details are handled directly by that provider under their own privacy and security terms — Blex Shop does not store your full card or bank credentials.
You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask questions about how your data is used, by contacting us via the Contact Us page. We will respond to reasonable requests within a reasonable time, subject to any orders or obligations still in progress.
Blex Shop is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices. Continued use of Blex Shop after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
