These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Blex Shop website and marketplace. By browsing the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you register as a vendor, the Seller Agreement also applies to your account.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Blex Shop may suspend or close accounts used for fraudulent or abusive activity.
Blex Shop is a marketplace platform connecting independent vendors with buyers. Products listed by vendors are owned, described, and fulfilled by those vendors. Blex Shop is not the manufacturer or seller of vendor products and is not responsible for product quality, description accuracy, or vendor conduct beyond what is stated in our Seller Agreement.
Prices are listed in Iraqi Dinar (IQD) and are set by individual vendors. Prices, availability, and product listings may change without notice. Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which Blex Shop or the vendor may decline in cases such as pricing errors or unavailable stock.
Blex Shop supports Cash on Delivery and, where enabled, additional payment methods such as bank or digital wallet payments (e.g. FIB). Payments made through a third-party payment provider are subject to that provider's own terms.
Orders are delivered by our courier partner, Shopini Express, or by vendor self-delivery where applicable. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and courier availability.
For Cash on Delivery orders, you may inspect your order upon delivery and decline it before payment. Returns and refunds for accepted orders are handled according to the individual vendor's policy, subject to Blex Shop's oversight for disputes.
You may not use Blex Shop for any unlawful purpose, to submit false or fraudulent orders, to interfere with the operation of the site, or to violate the rights of any other user or vendor.
Blex Shop acts as an intermediary platform and is not liable for disputes, damages, or losses arising from products or conduct of individual vendors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blex Shop's liability is limited to the value of the relevant order.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of Blex Shop after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq.
